This notice explains how FloreSer Los Cabos handles personal data obtained through floreserloscabos.com and its public contact channels.
1. Responsible party and scope
FloreSer Los Cabos, operated by Mar and Gorki in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, is responsible for the processing described here. FloreSer does not operate a fixed public venue; private gatherings are coordinated at an agreed location.
2. Data we collect
Depending on the form or request, we may collect your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, preferred date, guest count, location or area, and the message you choose to send. For book delivery, we collect the email address and the optional newsletter preference. Payment information is processed by Mercado Pago; FloreSer does not ask for or store full card data on this website.
The public forms are not designed to collect health records, emergency contacts, diagnoses, or other sensitive personal data. Please do not send sensitive health or intimate information through a public form or WhatsApp. If information of that nature is ever necessary for a specific activity, it will be requested separately, with an appropriate explanation and consent.
3. Purposes
- Respond to your inquiry and prepare a personalized conversation or quote.
- Coordinate a requested service, payment, book delivery, or customer support.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, and keep operational records required for the transaction.
Marketing email is optional and is only requested through the separate newsletter choice. You may opt out at any time. Meta Pixel is loaded only after you choose optional marketing cookies in the site privacy panel.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for website hosting and database operations, email delivery, payment processing (Mercado Pago), and communication when you choose WhatsApp. These providers process data to provide their services under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal data.

Necessary local storage remembers your privacy choice and may preserve an unfinished quote on your device. Optional marketing technology is not activated until you accept it. You can change this choice by clearing the site storage in your browser and selecting again.
6. ARCO rights and requests

Start the request through our public WhatsApp channel, clearly stating “Privacy / ARCO request,” your name, the contact method used with FloreSer, and the request.
