Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

FloreSer works with private, location-dependent gatherings and published events. The terms for a specific booking must be clear before payment.

1. Before confirmation

An inquiry or quote request does not hold a date or create a cancellation charge. We will identify the relevant date, location, scope, and payment requirements before asking you to confirm.

2. Confirmed bookings

The cancellation, refund, transfer, and rescheduling conditions for a confirmed service are the conditions shown in the accepted quote, booking confirmation, or payment link. If you cannot attend, contact us as soon as possible through the same channel so we can review the options actually available for that booking.

3. Changes by FloreSer or external conditions

If FloreSer needs to change or cancel a confirmed gathering, we will communicate promptly and discuss the options required by the agreed terms and applicable consumer law. Weather, venue access, local safety conditions, or facilitator availability may require a change when continuing would be unsafe or impracticable.

4. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. For questions or a booking-specific request, contact FloreSer through the contact channel used for your reservation.
